I am a licensed Civil Engineer and Licensed Master Plumber in the Philippines. I specialize in quantity surveying, materials quantity take-off and cost estimating of which I used excel in calculating and presenting the required project. I have also expertise in 2d Detailing and 3d Modeling . I am capable of using different drawing and design software commonly used today. To date, I am offering engineering services locally, such as; Preparation of Plan and Design for building permit (as required by the government),Preparation of Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates (as required by the government),Preparation of Structural Analysis and Design (as required by the government).
