Creator of the Bicycle Shop Cafe in West Los Angeles, California. The Bicycle Shop Cafe was the epitomy of town for more than 14 years, until I sold it. With the same menu lunch and dinner I grossed more than 2 Million Dollars a year. With average tabs, lunch $7.25 & dinner $7.85 it means 350 lunches and 400 dinners every single day. One Saturday night we served over 900 dinners.

Work Terms

I work on weekends and holidays if needed. Depending on the difficulty of the project it might take me a day or two to complete the task.
