Work Terms

Payment Terms

All payments will be handled securely through Guru.com.

I prefer milestone-based payments (per project) to ensure clarity for both sides.

For small tasks (like a single banner), full payment can be made after delivery.

Communication

All communication will be done via Guru.com’s message system for transparency.

I’m available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM (PKT). Messages outside this time will be replied to within 12 hours.

Project Process

Client provides full project brief (size, content, brand guidelines).

Initial concept design delivered within 24–48 hours.

Client feedback & revisions until final approval.

Final files delivered in required formats.

Revisions

Up to 3 free revisions per project (to ensure satisfaction).

Additional revisions can be discussed if needed.

Deliverables / File Formats

Standard formats: JPG, PNG, PDF

Source files: PSD, AI, CDR (if required by client)

Confidentiality

All client information and designs will be kept strictly confidential.

Final design ownership is transferred to the client after full payment.
