• Bachelor of engineering degree in the field of Electronics and Communications. Graduated in the year 2007.
• 7+ years of solid experience in the field of Software Development and Team management with extensive experience in implementing all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experienced JAVA and IBM Middleware developer, with extensive knowledge on Web services and SOA architecture.
• Experienced in using leading technologies and products such as IBM and Oracle for SOA implementation.
• Extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall-model.
• Proven experience in Telecom and Healthcare Domain.
• Experienced as on-site co-ordinator at various locations such as United Kingdom, Tanzania, Ghana and Senegal for various projects.
• Proven experience in installation of IBM and Oracle SOA suite installation on both Linux and Windows environment
• Experienced in analysing the requirements gathered for design and documenting the low level design specifications
• Proven experience in writing documentation for requirement gathering, low level design, deployment guide and user manual as part of project deliverables.
• Identifying and defining the scope of work and development estimates and negotiating the workload and schedule with the clients and the onsite manager.
• Communicating and working directly with testing team to resolve issues found during testing and ensure the test cases are written according to the business and functional requirements.
• Proven experience in Unit Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and User Acceptance testing (UAT) across various projects.
• Involved in training the junior team members of the technologies used in various project.

Work Terms

Can work for about 6 hours a day / 30 hours a week. Communication will be through emails and skype calls only.
