Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: By Appointment Only
Site visits & consultations available by prior appointment.
Design Services Payment Structure
50% Advance – To initiate the project
30% Mid Stage – After concept/2D design approval
20% Final Payment – Before delivery of final drawings/3D designs
👉 Work begins only after advance payment is received
Additional Work / Revisions
Any work beyond agreed scope will be charged separately
Extra revisions beyond agreed rounds will be billed additionally
Timelines & Delays
Project timelines start after advance payment + final brief confirmation
Delays in client approvals/payments may affect delivery timelines
Bank Transfer / UPI / Online Payment
(For international clients: Wise / PayPal)
All payments are non-refundable once the work has started
Final deliverables will be shared only after 100% payment clearance
Site execution work is subject to material availability & vendor timelines
