Work Terms

All project discussions, file sharing, and updates will be done through the Guru platform for safety and transparency. I usually respond within 12–24 hours.

2. Project Process:
Work will begin after mutual agreement on project scope, price, and timeline. For custom designs or typing art, I provide a draft/sample before final delivery.

3. Payment Terms:
All payments should be made through Guru SafePay for security.
Project work starts once the SafePay fund is created or a milestone is set.
No upfront or off-platform payments are accepted.

4. Revisions:
Minor revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction. Additional or major changes may have extra cost depending on the scope.

5. Delivery Format:
Final work will be delivered in the required format (JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, or as per client request).

6. Confidentiality:
All client information and project details remain fully confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Professional Conduct:
I maintain professionalism, respect deadlines, and ensure clear communication throughout every project.
