Work Terms

Hourly Rate and Payment Terms:
My competitive rate is $25 USD per hour. I prefer to utilize Guru SafePay for all projects (both fixed-price and hourly) to ensure mutual security and protection.

Hourly Projects: Invoicing is typically done weekly based on verified logged hours.

Fixed-Price Projects: A mutually agreed-upon deposit will be required via SafePay to initiate the project, with subsequent milestone payments structured based on the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).

Work Schedule and Availability:
I maintain a flexible work schedule, primarily operating during typical Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours. I am open to adjusting availability for necessary overlap with international teams for critical meetings or daily synchronization.

Communication Style:
I believe that clear, transparent, and proactive communication is the foundation of a successful freelance partnership.

Tools: I prefer to use Guru's WorkRoom for all project correspondence. I am also available for video conferencing (e.g., Google Meet or Zoom) for architectural deep dives and sprint review meetings.

Updates: You can expect daily or bi-weekly written updates (as preferred) covering progress, blockers, and next steps, ensuring you always have clear visibility into the project status.
