Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8, Philippine Time).
Services outside of these hours, including weekends and public holidays, may be accommodated by prior agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
**Payment Terms for Graphic Design Services**
1. **Deposit**
* A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is required prior to the commencement of any design work.
2. **Balance Payment**
* The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final design files.
* For long-term or phased projects, milestone payments may be required as outlined in the project proposal.
3. **Payment Methods**
* Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer.
* All transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. **Invoicing & Due Dates**
* Invoices will be issued for deposits, milestone payments, and final balances.
* Payments are due within five (5) business days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. **Late Payments**
* A late fee of five percent (5%) of the outstanding balance will be applied for every seven (7) days past the due date.
* Work may be paused until payment is received.
6. **Ownership of Work**
* All design concepts, drafts, and files remain the property of the designer until full payment has been received.
* Upon receipt of final payment, the client will obtain rights to the agreed final design deliverables.
7. **Refunds**
Deposits are non-refundable.
Communication Policy
Email will serve as the primary channel for official correspondence, including project updates, deliverables, and invoices.
Secondary channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp) may be used for day-to-day communication upon mutual agreement.
Standard response time is within twenty-four (24) business hours.
Project meetings and consultations can be scheduled via Zoom or Google Meet by prior arrangement.
