Engagements are scoped project-by-project or on a fixed monthly retainer, depending on the work. Payment is typically 30-50% upfront for fixed-scope projects, milestone-based for larger builds, or monthly in advance for retainers.
Primary communication is via email and WhatsApp, with async updates as the default and calls scheduled as needed — we're based in IST (UTC+5:30), and most client work spans US and India time zones, so expect a mix of overlap hours and async handoffs.
Typical turnaround: small fixes and integrations within days, full feature builds or MVPs on a 2-6 week timeline depending on scope. We flag blockers and scope changes as soon as they come up rather than at delivery.
