My greatest strength in product creation is that of a translator who takes the wishes of the customer and assembles the internal team to create a product plan for the development team.
My approach to the role of product manager is that of an internal entrepreneur who makes informed decisions based on financial realities and market “nuances" to make a product (aka, my business) great. My success in delivering new technology comes from the cultivation of products from beginning to end - not from “kick-off to launch.”
While taking complete ownership of a product, I am also a great persuader who delegates work and gets others involved in a subtle and sociable way. My chief principle of innovation is to achieve a 10X outcome.
