R&D Drafter | Production-Ready Technical Design for Manufacturing & Industrial Projects
I am an R&D Drafter specializing in production-ready technical design for manufacturing, industrial machinery, and product development projects. My core strength lies in translating complex ideas, engineering requirements, and concepts into clear, precise, and executable technical drawings that can be realistically manufactured and implemented.
My professional background spans multiple industries, including outdoor furniture product development, industrial machinery, and agritech systems. I have hands-on experience producing detailed shop drawings, mechanical component drawings, factory layout and plant planning, and technical documentation to support both production and R&D processes. I approach every design task with a strong focus on manufacturability, material behavior, structural logic, assembly efficiency, and long-term durability.
Previously, I worked extensively on agritech and agricultural processing projects, including large-scale rice processing facilities and agricultural machinery development. These projects strengthened my understanding of mechanical systems, production workflows, and how design decisions directly affect operational performance on the factory floor and in real-world field applications.
Beyond individual drafting tasks, I have led a small drafting team and served as PIC for several major projects. This role required managing drawing coordination, handling design revisions, and acting as a technical bridge between engineers, management, and production teams. As a result, I am comfortable working within multidisciplinary environments and translating technical requirements into practical, realistic design solutions.
I believe good technical design is not about creating visually impressive drawings, but about preventing problems before they occur. I focus on clarity, logic, and accountability in every drawing I deliver. My goal is to help clients reduce production risks, minimize costly revisions, and achieve efficient, scalable manufacturing outcomes.
Work Terms
I work with a clear, structured, and professional approach. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements should be defined at the beginning of each engagement to ensure efficient execution and minimize unnecessary revisions.
I am comfortable working on both hourly-based and fixed-price projects, depending on project complexity and clarity of scope. Communication is conducted primarily through Guru messaging, with regular progress updates provided during active projects. I value clear technical communication and prefer feedback that is consolidated and well-documented.
Working hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on project needs and deadlines. I prioritize realistic timelines and quality-focused delivery rather than rushed outputs. Revisions are handled professionally within the agreed scope, with additional changes discussed transparently.
I am best suited for clients seeking reliable, production-oriented technical design support—not quick, low-detail drafting. My focus is long-term value, manufacturability, and design clarity that supports real-world execution.
