In my GIS role, I specialize in acquiring, managing, and analyzing geospatial data. My expertise includes utilizing Earth Explorer, ASF, and Copernicus for data acquisition and conducting digitization and field surveys. Additionally, I engage in data classification and preprocessing, with a specific focus on glacier research in Hunza Gojal, covering Shishper Glacier, Gulkin Glacier, Batura Glacier, and Yazghil Glacier in Shimshal.

My responsibilities extend to data entry, field visits, and accurate data collection in remote areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, including Gulkin and Hussaini in Gojal, Astore, Skardu, Ishkomen, and Yasin. Notably, I contribute to comprehensive datasets through graph creation in Excel. I bring over 4 years of experience, including a successful 6-month internship with the GLOF project, where I applied GIS skills in crafting interactive maps and supporting disaster preparedness.
