Work Terms for Article Writing

1. Scope of Work
You will write original articles according to the titles and guidelines provided by the Client. The articles should reflect the appropriate tone and quality and meet the required length.

2. Content Originality
All pieces should be original and plagiarism free. All articles should be free of grammatical errors, and factually correct. The articles should be SEO optimized if that is needed. The Client’s style guide, formatting requirements, and instructions for keyword placement should be followed.

3. Punctuality
The Writer should provide the articles by the deadline provided. If, for some reason, the deadline cannot be met, this should be communicated as early as possible, and the Client should approve the new deadline. If the deadline is missed without communication, there will be consequences that may include reduced payment for the articles and possible termination of the contract.

4. Revision
The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions within the scope of the contract. If revisions are required due to the Writer’s oversight, those revisions will not be charged and all other revisions outside of that may be charged.

5. Payment
Payments will be charged according to the Client’s set rate, and payment will be due [insert due payment frequencies, such as weekly, bi-weekly, upon submission, or after approval]. The Writer should submit all invoices in a timely manner.

6. Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is completed, the written content is the property of the Client.

The Writer cannot reuse, republish, or redistribute the articles unless the Client provides written permission.

7. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to silence all project details, client information, and unpublished documents regarding the all work to be performed.

8. Termination

With written notice, either party may terminate the agreement.

The Client will pay the Writer for all work completed
