Logistics Professional with Helpdesk Experience

Mr. R. Wesley Webb is the Chief, Asset Manager for the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and oversees the USCIS property management program at 172 USCIS offices located in the United States and abroad. Mr. Webb's twenty plus year career with the federal government spans numerous federal agencies in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area and Europe.
Mr. Webb also is an Army veteran having served 5 1/2 years at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. While serving in Germany, Mr. Webb deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Storm/Shield, and was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two bronze stars and the Kuwaiti Liberation Medal in1992.
Mr. Webb is dedicated to serving his community. He currently serves as the President of the 100 Black Men of Maryland. Through his leadership he increased the number of financial members and enforced minimum service hour requirements to ensure the continuation of essential programs that focus on: health and wellness, mentoring, economic empowerment, and education which are vital to the communities they serve. The work Mr. Webb does with the 100 and community youth is driven by his passion for making a difference through mentoring and the idea that, "What you do today will reap benefits tomorrow."

He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and is active in the Sigma Sigma Sigma Chapter of Montgomery County MD. Mr. Webb is the organizer of the Taylor, Morse & Brown Foundation which supports the Chapter's charitable activities. Mr. Webb submitted all necessary paperwork for the creation of the nonprofit organization to the State of Maryland, drafted the initial by-laws, and obtained federal tax-exemption from the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Webb earned a Master of Business Administration, Masters of Management, and a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland University College in Aldephi MD
