Rabia has been great. Her original work was not quite what I wanted but she changed this and I had given her a low quote. She still worked on the job and changed the things I wanted changed and she did a great job. I gave her 3X what I had quoted her.
I could be wrong but I think Rabia will work hard, do the best she can do, and deliver the best product she can even though she should be paid more, she is willing to start out and prove her value and she proved her value to me which is why I tripled the original quote and will contact her in the future for other work.
