Experienced project manager with 7 years experience specialized in banking and fintech and cards and CRM projects .
Have a great passion in technology and banking . My experience is concluded in holding a workshop for the stakeholders to analyze the BRD , then working on an initial Plan and be sent to the sponsor to have their approval on the plan then meeting with the nominated resources to agree on the working ours and the duration of the task . Can work in agile or waterfall environment.
