Give good quality and accurate service
I am currently working in a bank, my position requires me to be very keen and accurate with details, since we are processing documents related to Home Loans. My past job also with another bank requires me the same, the difference is i am also into customer service with a credit card department. We handle inbound calls, take data from customers and encode or report it in the system. With my previous experiences i have learned and developed my skills with Microsoft Excel and Word, and knowledgeable with other aspects of Microsoft office. I have been also very keen into details, and really values the quality of work that i made, together with being able to meet deadline for customer or clients satisfaction.
Work Terms
2-3 hours of operation. Payment via bank transfer. Communication style would be via Skype.
