a construction farm, established in 1992 (after the retirement of our beloved father from BAF). it is entitled under the trade license of construction in local government. since then, we have been working on many government/private construction projects. some mention-able works are listed below:
1) A small Aircraft hanger in BAF base at kurmitola.
2) Radar platform in paharkanchanpur.
3) some connecting roads, guard posts and water pump stations under MES at Dhaka cantt.

Work Terms
We are specialized in preparation and delivery of:
1) Conceptual/architectural floor plans.
2) Landscape plans
3) 3D visualization of interiors/exteriors of residential/commercial/hospital and Hotel & restaurant buildings.
# we also provide 3d product models/prototypes to the clients with 100% confidentiality.
# we are available to work 8 hours/day and are available to respond any query within 12 hours.
# we only take the offer/order after communicating and discussing the job with the clients multiple times and clearly getting their requirements.
how we like to start:
1) first we discuss the job with the client in details and understand their requirements.
2) after getting that we are competent, we estimate the time to deliver and commit accordingly. for big projects- we break down the tasks into 3-4 segments and set several milestones.
3) for fixed price jobs, we revise the works 2 times without charge. but after 2 revisions, we charge additional fees. for hourly jobs, we will revise until getting the final approval by the client.
