During my experience with the GIZ's ProDéCID project, a Deutsch project based in country, I managed all procurement and service procedures: from drafting terms of reference (TOR) to monitoring delivery, including bid evaluation and contract award. I also ensured strict compliance with administrative and financial procedures, guaranteeing the success of internal and external audits.
Currently as Resource Coordination Specialist at the U.S. Embassy, I oversee the allocation of logistical and budgetary resources, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies. This role demands rigorous analytical skills and constant proactivity to optimize resource utilization.
