About

Active Directory Management (Disabled AD Logins, Password Reset, Modification of Access and Information Update).
Seat Capacity Planning (Work Force Seating Capacity).
Planning of scheduled updates and upgrades.
Planning of Infrastructure and Maintenance (updating Floor Maps, IP ranges, Naming Convention, Extension Number and Port to Port Diagrams).
Configuration of Windows OS for a specific and compliance.
MDF and IDF Management (mounting/dismounting of equipment, Cable Management).
Window Server Management (Starting/restarting Services).
Network configuration and management (provides networks access to users Wi-Fi/LAN, configure switch via basic telnet/ssh).
Manages Script deployment.
Manages Linux based image server.
Testing of System Tools and determine the issues for the Clients.
Inventory of all IT equipment.
Ensure that site is in compliant during and after a client audit.
Management of hardware and software break/fix.
Monitor issues and report system/hardware breakdowns (Escalation of Technical Issues).

Work Terms

40 hours + a week. Hourly or fixed rate. Part time or full time.
