I started as a Team lead of 4 members and established the software operations for the New Zealand based company, Acclipse. I was promoted to Manager - Software Development and was responsible for hiring, mentoring and establishing a development team in India. Acclipse got acquired by MNC has ing presence in US and Canada.

I have worked with various distributed teams across the globe on development , business and product management front. I was part of various global groups including Senior Leadership group - Asia Pacific, Leadership Group - India and also was a standing member of Architecture Review Board of Asia Pacific. I have good communication skills and have good experience in handling teams in US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

On the technical front, I have experience in .NET technologies , Agile Environment (I am certified CSM as well CSP) and in my recent work, I also contributed  in MicroServices Architecture as a backend developer using NodeJs , MongoDb, Cassandra, Javascript as well. Have good experience in establishing best practices like consistent Code Reviews using Github pull requests with branching model, writing Unit tests as well as Integration tests to make sure the code is robust enough. I have good experience in establishing processes across team management to have quality and continuous delivery.
I am a quick learner and like to explore new areas in technology. Recently, I acquired AWS Solution Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web services.

Work Terms

I am available 40 hrs per week with preferably weekly payouts. I am comfortable to communicate on email, video calling (Zoom/GotoMeeting), Slack/Skype etc.
