Currently working independently in a advisory consultant capacity to real estate professionals and consumers., In 1996 I began working in the short sale dept. of a small real estate office tasked with non-licensed activities while I studied for my license. I ramped up very quickly in this role due to my persuasive sales skills and word power that I used in my previous professions. I then became acquainted with small to medium size investors looking for distressed properties to acquire and resell, these investors ranged from attorneys to car dealership owners, pharmacists and overseas investors to name a few, I gained experience working in some of the most challenging neighborhoods all the way up to multi million dollar properties. I also gained experience in acquiring properties at the courthouse steps using a process that enabled us to acquire many properties throughout Southern California., When the real estate market suffered a recession starting in 2006 I was approached by Carrington Property Services Inc. they were the exclusive property manager for Fannie Mae who inadvertently became landlord to many distressed homes and small income properties where former owners, unaware renters, squatters and abandoned properties were encountered, My role became pivotal when my skills were utilized in order to solve many complex problems and issues related to the toxic loan environment encumbering the industry at the time. I was called upon multiple times to give testimony on behalf of our client and to represent our client in a respondent role during housing violation hearings, HOA disputes and complex rent control moratoriums nationwide. Ultimately, I became Broker Officer for a Chinese real estate company headquartered in Beijing China with the intention to start up a unique operation in Southern California., I was assigned interpreters to train new agents. Currently, as a consultant and advisor, dispute resolution pre and post contract review.
