About

Tracing assets. Quantifying claims. Supporting your case.

Randall Heallen is a Certified Fraud Examiner and forensic accounting professional with over 15 years of experience providing litigation support, financial investigations, and expert witness services across a wide range of matters. His practice focuses on marital dissolution, trust and estate disputes, probate, fiduciary oversight, business interruption, lost profits, fraud investigations, and commercial damages assessments.

Randall has managed and delivered complex forensic accounting engagements involving multi-million-dollar asset tracing, property characterization, and damages quantification across jurisdictions nationwide. He is skilled in reconstructing incomplete records, uncovering hidden or misappropriated assets, and preparing defensible expert reports, schedules, and exhibits that withstand courtroom scrutiny. His work is grounded in accepted methodologies and standards of practice, providing attorneys, fiduciaries, and clients with confidence in high-stakes disputes.

Over his career, Randall has served in leadership roles at Eide Bailly and BDO, where he directed teams on high-profile forensic accounting matters for corporate executives, professional athletes, entertainers, municipalities, and private clients. His background includes evaluating executive compensation (RSUs, stock options, pensions), business and partnership disputes, procurement fraud, municipal contract reviews, conservatorship misuse, and long-term royalty and trust matters.

In addition to his technical expertise, Randall is recognized for his ability to communicate complex financial issues clearly and persuasively. He frequently prepares expert reports, rebuttals, deposition outlines, and trial exhibits, and has presented findings to attorneys, clients, and city officials.
