Work Terms

Communication: I am available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM WAT. I respond to messages within a few hours and provide daily progress updates on active projects.
Payment: 50% upfront deposit to begin work, 50% upon final delivery and approval. Payments are processed through Guru's SafePay system for mutual protection.
Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at my standard hourly rate.
Delivery: Timelines are agreed upon before work begins. Rush delivery (under 48 hours) may incur a 25% surcharge.
Scope: Any work outside the agreed project scope will be discussed and billed separately before proceeding.
