Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT+6). I regularly check messages and aim to respond within 6–12 hours. For urgent academic deadlines, I remain flexible and can adjust my schedule upon prior discussion. Project Discussion & Communication: Clear communication is essential for high-quality academic work. I prefer detailed project discussions before starting any assignment to fully understand research objectives, university guidelines, formatting style (APA/Harvard/Chicago), and journal requirements. Communication through Guru messaging is preferred to maintain transparency and documentation. Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, I recommend milestone-based payments depending on project stages (e.g., proposal, literature review, methodology, data analysis, full draft, final revision). For larger research or thesis projects, phased payment ensures clarity and smooth progress. Hourly projects are also welcome for consultation, data analysis, and reviewer response support. Revisions Policy: Reasonable revisions are included to ensure alignment with agreed instructions. Revisions must be based on the original scope of work. Additional requirements beyond the initial agreement may require a revised quote. Confidentiality & Ethics: All research materials, datasets, and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
