Rene Daniel Espinoza is a seasoned audio professional with over 20 years of experience in the music and audio production industry. A self-taught musician and sound engineer, Rene combines technical expertise with a creative sensibility, delivering exceptional audio solutions for a wide range of projects. In June 2025, he graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production, further formalizing his knowledge in recording, mixing, mastering, and live sound engineering.

Rene is the founder and lead engineer at ESPROaudio, his Jacksonville, Florida-based home studio dedicated to helping artists, creators, and businesses bring their audio projects to life. At ESPROaudio, Rene offers a comprehensive suite of services, including multi-track recording, audio editing, mixing, mastering, sound design, and post-production. He works closely with clients to ensure every project meets their creative vision while maintaining the highest standards of audio quality. His attention to detail, combined with over two decades of hands-on experience, allows him to capture the nuances and emotion that make a recording truly stand out.

Before establishing ESPROaudio, Rene honed his skills in Honduras, managing audio and video operations for his church, where he was responsible for live sound, audio editing for radio broadcasts, and multimedia production. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in both technical operations and creative problem-solving, which continues to influence his approach to audio production today. Rene has also provided AV solutions for corporate events, concerts, and conferences, managing audio-visual setups, system testing, live mixing, and real-time troubleshooting. His expertise extends across a wide range of equipment, including Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Polycom, Neat Bars, digital and analog mixers, projectors, microphones, and speaker systems.

Rene’s philosophy centers on collaboration and adaptability. Whether working with musicians, podcasters, filmmakers, or corporate clients, he takes the time to understand their goals, providing guidance and technical solutions that enhance the final product. His skill set spans recording, mixing, editing, mastering, live sound engineering, foley recording, and sound design, making him a versatile partner for any audio project.

Beyond technical expertise, Rene is passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing. He has trained new AV technicians in the operation of complex systems, such as Crestron NVX and Cisco/Crestron Flex VTC units, emphasizing both technical accuracy and creative problem-solving. He is also committed to staying current with emerging audio technologies and production techniques, ensuring that his work reflects industry best practices while maintaining a unique creative edge.
