Work Terms

Setting clear work terms protects your time, manages client expectations, and prevents "scope creep" (clients asking for free extra work).

1. Project Scope & Onboarding
Before work begins, the client must provide a clear creative brief, including any text content, brand logos, dimensions, color preferences, and reference images.

2. 12-Hour Urgent Delivery
My standard express delivery is 12 hours from the moment all necessary project assets and details are received. Please message me prior to ordering express services to confirm immediate availability.

3. Revisions & Feedback
To ensure complete satisfaction, I include up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed project scope. Revisions are processed promptly, usually within a few hours. Major changes outside the original brief may incur an additional fee.

4. Payment Terms
I prefer working through Guru’s SafePay escrow system. For fixed-price projects, a SafePay fund must be created and funded before work commences. For larger, ongoing marketing projects, milestones can be set up weekly or monthly.

5. Final Deliverables
Upon project approval, I deliver high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF, PNG, JPEG) perfectly optimized for your specific needs. Source files can be provided upon request.
