Work Terms
Project scope: I will be responsible for creating detailed 3D architectural visualizations and animations based on provided plans, elevations, and specifications.
Deliverables: I will deliver high-quality visualizations, animations, and images in the specified format and resolution.
Deadline: I will complete the project within the agreed timeline and meet any agreed deadlines.
Communication: I will be available for regular communication with the client and provide regular updates on the project status.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the visualizations and animations produced by me will be assigned to the client.
Revisions: I will make revisions as requested by the client within a reasonable timeframe.
Pricing: I will agree to a fixed price for the project, and any additional work will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
Confidentiality: I will maintain confidentiality and will not disclose any confidential information or client data.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches the agreement or if the project is cancelled.
Indemnification: I will indemnify and hold harmless the client against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of the visualizations and animations produced.
