Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide content and article writing services, including but not limited to researching and writing content for websites, social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

2. Deliverables: The contractor will deliver all completed content and articles in an organized and professional manner in a digital format, such as a Microsoft Word document.

3. Payment Terms: The contractor will be paid an agreed-upon rate for each completed article or content piece. Payment will be made within 30 days of the completion of the work.

4. Timelines: The contractor will provide all content and articles within the agreed-upon timeline. If the contractor is unable to meet the timeline, the contractor will notify the company in advance and the timeline can be adjusted.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. The contractor will be compensated for any work completed during the notice period.
