Since the 90's I have been helping people fix their PCs & have been providing professional consulting services for both home & businesses. In 2003 I started Serenity PC Repair. In this time I have helped 100's of people on the Oregon Coast & I have many repeat customers. I have a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Network Technologies & have training in both Cisco CCNA & CCNP, and CompTIA A+ & Network+.

Remote PC tune-ups, virus removal & prevention. networks & WiFi - (VPN, access points, WOS, routers, firewalls, cameras, security), VOIP - IP Phones, legal file sharing - P2P, data recovery, data backup physical & optional cloud service, Windows error(s) fix. Consulting for PC builds, software, hardware, tutoring, printer setup, and much more!
*Please note - Every remote repair or tune-up service includes free 14-day trial of Premium Anti-Malware Software & free Tune-Up Software. I can also recommend other programs you might need for other task, just let me know what you are looking to do.
Work Terms
I charge a flat rate of $50 a hour. Any repairs 30 minutes and under will be charged $25 & any over 30 minutes automatically round to the nearest $50. Hours of operation vary.
