My experience in business valuation has equipped me with a deep understanding of financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment. I have successfully led and contributed to numerous valuation engagements, providing clients with comprehensive insights into their assets and businesses.
In my most recent role as an Assistant Manager at Economic Partners – A Ryan Company, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with a diverse clientele. During this time, I led and executed various valuation engagements, including 409a valuations, Portfolio Valuation, M&A Purchase Price Allocations, Impairment tests, and Fairness Opinions.
Prior to my tenure at Ryan, I spent over two years as part of the Energy and Resource Valuation team at Deloitte. In this capacity, I had the opportunity to work on valuation engagements for a wide range of clients, from Startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Additionally, I played a significant role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to migrate excel-based models to a web-based platform, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.
I recently moved to the US and I am excited about new opportunities and collaborations.
