Work Terms
Availability: I operate through Guru.com, an online platform accessible 24/7, allowing seamless communication and file sharing. While I do not maintain fixed office hours, I strive to respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent requests or special sessions can be coordinated in advance.
Payment Terms: All payments are handled securely via Guru’s SafePay system, which holds funds in escrow until work is completed and approved. Payment schedules and methods are flexible and agreed upon per project. Options include fixed-price/milestone-based, hourly payments via Guru Time Tracker, task-based payments, and recurring payments for ongoing projects. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Any cancellations or adjustments are subject to mutual discussion.
Communication: Preferred communication is via Guru’s messaging system to keep discussions organized and documented. Additional channels (video call or other agreed methods) can be used. Communication can be in English, Hindi, or Marathi depending on client preference.
Project Guidelines: Clients are requested to provide clear briefs, required materials, and deadlines. Respect, punctuality, and professionalism are expected from both sides. Confidentiality is strictly maintained for all projects, and sensitive information is never shared.
