Mechanical Engineer with over fourteen years work experience in the field Mechanical design, Industrial design, Product Development, Project management and Quality engineering. Demonstrated ability to direct Chinese suppliers technical professionals to meet or exceed project goals during product development. Proficient of utilizing Solidworks, PTC Creo, Autocad, Seimens NX and Autodesk Inventor to design, reverse engineer, create 3D and 2D drawings of Mechanical systems/parts and Industrial products. Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes such as Metal Stamping, Die Casting, Plastic Injection molding, Blow molding, Forging, Thermoforming, Extrusion, Steel Casting, Welding, Production Assembly, Soft Goods Fabrication and Surface Treatment Finishes. Sound knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerancing ( ASME 14.5:2009 ). Sourcing and Evaluation of new qualified suppliers. Knowledge of Tolerance Stack up Analysis. Direct building prototype, evaluation and testing.
