My main research focus through my MSc was to extend the concept of 3D printing, milling machine and constraint-based modelling in the 3D manufacturing systems. In addition, I worked on how to optimize and controlling such systems. I have developed my first robotic system by designing and manufacturing the automated unmanned vehicle (AUV) submarine. The close looped control system that has been implemented could recognize the moving path and obstacles ahead of submarine through the water. The machine was able to individually controls itself and wirelessly transmitted the data to the operators off the water.
I expanded my robotic and automation experience by participating in development of other projects such as AUV air plane, quadcopter and bio gas pilot. These experiences fulfilled my knowledge about flying crafts and drowns. My another research area is artificial intelligence (AI).
In another project on Nano scale systems back in BCs thesis I published an article in an international mechanical engineering conference in Iran as mentioned below. I was also involved as side projects in automation and automatic control of industrial machines and constructing a CNC milling machine in my BSs. Currently, I am working on projects related to additive manufacturing and 3d printer industry.
