Hello,
I’m excited to apply for the Administrative / Executive Virtual Assistant position. I’m someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and helping things run smoothly—whether it’s keeping schedules on track, managing emails, or supporting a busy team. In my previous role assisting three Sales Leaders at Avon Cosmetics, I learned the importance of staying calm under pressure, juggling multiple priorities, and finding creative ways to keep tasks on track. Outside of work, I enjoy organizing small projects at home and designing simple graphics in Canva, which reflects my love for order and attention to detail.

Work Terms

I’m available Monday to Friday and can work graveyard or flexible hours to fit your schedule. I focus on clear and timely communication, keeping tasks organized and on track. I’m comfortable using email, chat, or Guru messaging and can adjust to your preferred way of working. Payment is through Guru.com, and I can work on an hourly basis or with milestone arrangements for longer projects.
