My name is Ricardo Freire, an email systems specialist and consultant based in Lisbon, Portugal. I help brands turn email ideas into reliable, high-performing campaigns through custom design, responsive development, and platform implementation.

I build reusable solutions with dynamic content and scalable structure, so your email assets are easy to manage and adapt across campaigns.
I’ve worked across industries including Finance, Government, eCommerce, and freelance consulting, with experience in email marketing, accessibility, compliance, and technical implementation. I also contribute to open-source projects - such as Mautic and MJML Framework - and I enjoy solving complex email challenges through practical, detail-oriented work!

For larger or more technical projects, I prefer defining the scope before starting to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are aligned. NDA-based projects are welcome.
