I hold a master in Architecture from the prestigious Polytechnic of Milan (italy).
I have substantial architectural experience, gained working for years in various firms in London and in my own practice in Italy primarily on high-specs residential works (even on listed buildings) for private clients and real estate developers, taking care of every aspect of the construction, from measured surveys to concept design, planning, site surveying and costing.
This all-round experience allows me to prepare on a brief eye catching yet functional and cost-conscious design that suit any budget.
In addition to construction, I always had a deep interest in furniture design, and over the years I designed dozens of products for private clients and established furniture companies. My latest involvement in the field is an entire collection of the high-end Italian furniture company De Milan (demilan.com).
Work Terms
For my client's peace of mind, I generally work on a flat feed agreed before starting the job.
Depending on the complexity of the project, the fee is paid ether all at the end of the job (concept design or renderings) or in stages (if also planning/building control drawings are requested).
Please bear in mind that, although I strive to design my projects following the required regulations, in case of use for building permit/building control purposes they should be checked and signed by a local architect licensed for your area, with the relating structural design and calculation by a licensed structural engineer. I cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage due to your decision to ignore this procedure.
