• Initial ‘Mock Ups’ within 24hours of agreeing the detailed work package.
• Quick turnaround (One week being my standard for basic Logo design, TWO for web design).
• UNLIMITED revisions until satisfied.
• Produced in whichever format you require in order to match intended use (TO BE DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE).
• Unrestricted rights/Copyright (You own YOUR design, and so can use it wherever you like, through whoever you like (I would of course like to build an ongoing relationship).
• Professional printing to required formats, at good rates (SHOULD IT BE REQUIRED) .
• A full money back refund if not totally satisfied.

COMMUNICATION TO BE BY EMAIL/SKYPE/TELEPHONE AS CLIENT SEES FIT AND CONVENIENT.
GENERAL AVAILABILITY:-
8AM TO 11PM GMT. BUT WILL BE FLEXIBLE FOR CLIENTS.
FEEDBACK/ENDORSEMENT TERMS:-
GOOD FEEDBACK IS SOUGHT AND APPRECIATED, AND WILL BE RECIPROCATED AT THE DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT OUTPUT.

I PLEDGE, AND EXPECT HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND GOOD FAITH AT ALL TIMES. ANYTHING OTHERWISE RENDERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES NULL AND VOID.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF CLIENT BRIEF IS NOT SATISFIED. UNLIMITED EDITS ARE PART OF MY WORKING METHOD IN ORDER TO ENSURE THIS IS NEVER THE CASE.
