Do not hesitate to hire this contractor! I been on guru for years and I know the best of the best and the worst of the worst contractors. I also dealt with the in-betweens. Richard and the word worst will never belong in the same sentence. In-between? Mediocre? Naaa that is foreign to his style of writing, his unique manner in how he uses words and surely his personality and confident attitude. His writing is clever but no over the top. I could say so much more but I will end with this - He is the best of the best of the best! He knows his stuff. Kudos. Yes I recommend him and I am sure to use him again! Thank you Richard.
