Reaction Plastics Solutions offers custom mold design and engineering support for the plastic injection molding industry.

RPS has over 20 years’ experience designing and building molds for the automotive, appliance, industrial, packaging, caps/closures, and medical industries. We have worked with many types of molds, including 2 shot molds, In-mold-closing tools, multi cavity tools, unscrewing molds, multi-action complex tools, stack molds, and many more. We can offer a flexible solution to meet your needs without breaking your budget. Services include:

• 2D detailed drawings

• Tooling Engineering

Files can be delivered in native SolidWorks format or exported as iges, step, parasolid, DWG, or PDF for importing into your CAD/CAM system.

Injection molding companies and OEMs can benefit from our vast experience in tooling as well. We will work with you from the start with product development, selecting/qualifying a tool shop to build your tool, and following the tool from design to completion. Consider us your tooling engineer on call. All the experience and support you need without the overhead.
