Before starting, the client must provide:

App or website access (APK, test link, staging URL, or live URL)

Clear testing scope and objectives

Login credentials (if required)

Device or platform specifications (if specific testing is needed)

3. Testing Scope
Testing includes functionality verification, usability checks, performance observation, and structured bug reporting. Any additional scope beyond the agreed testing plan may require a revised agreement.

4. Deliverables
You will receive:

Detailed bug report

Screenshots or screen recordings

Steps to reproduce issues

Severity classification

Improvement recommendations

5. Timeline
Project timelines depend on app/website size and complexity. Delivery schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.

6. Revisions
Minor clarifications or rechecks related to reported issues are included. Major additional testing requests may require a new milestone.

7. Payment Terms
Work begins after milestone funding. Final report is delivered upon milestone completion according to Guru’s payment policy.
