I am completely satisfied with the end product. Richard was easy to work with even though we have an "international" border to cross. Richard was asked to provide me with a special caricature signifying my triplets' 21st birthday on the 21st in 2021.... in Las Vegas at a Blackjack table each hitting 21 with dealer hitting 20. He did an amazing job. Could not be happier with the end product. Would like to have had the work completed a little faster, but that was probably my fault in not getting on this early enough. Took about 10 days to get to approval of final product, but I emphasize that the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. Birthday is tomorrow... can't wait to see their expressions when they see this design on the art and mugs I purchased. Thank you, Richard! You played a big part in making our celebration special!
