Passionate at work

I am a highly motivated individual with 12.5 years of experience. I worked in a BPo company which prioritize the betterment of its client and taking good care of its employee. In my work experience, I've already handled three different accounts that specialize in customer service, technical support, and business to business services those were Bell Canada, NBN, and Qantas. I learned to deal with different clients in the span of working with these companies.

I started as a Customer Representative in a directory account for 4 years. During the time I was an agent, I made sure that my KPIs will exceed the target each month because I believe that you should give your best shot in everything that you do. As a result of this, I received several awards being a top performer.


Later on, my superiors encouraged me to apply to a Team Leader role that will bring to the next stage of my career. Luckily, after the long process of examination, case presentation and data analysis I got the post. With the help of different pieces of training, this year would be my 8th year being a Team Leader. Being awarded as a team leader of the month enormous times and being appreciated by my subordinates makes me feel that I'm doing a great job.
