Managed & Lead 3 Merger & Acquisition projects. Involved in incorporation of new entity, fund arrangements, new infrastructure including IT & Network
setup, Staffing.

Involved in Risk Assessment of Business partners, country risk and business risk.

Lead external audits of leading diversified clients including Banks, Brokerage houses, Manufacturing companies, Service Organisations and Central Bank.

Expertise in Cost management, Product costing, Cost center & General accounting. Involved in various regional and global harmonization projects.

Hands on experience in SAP R3, SAP B1, PowerBI, Various dashboard designs and Analysis.

Local focal point for controlling topics related to margin management, Volume/ Price Analysis, CAPEX and OPEX planning, Financial Business plans, ICTP (InterCompany Transfer Pricing), Change of Business Models (Agency, Merchandise Stock, Merchandise Thru, CTC. etc.)

Involved in Corporate Governance topics and filing of various returns as per local Corporate laws

Managed large teams during external audit assignments, regional projects (Cross functional projects)

Managerial skills – Earned value management, contract management, time management, financial management ,scope management, Change management, commercial and procurement management

Excellent Communication skills in managing and supporting multiple stakeholders such as Shared Service Center teams, top management, external business partners, cross functional and cross Business Units, regulatory organizations.

Work Terms

I am open to working hours. Payment shall be done based on work completed.
