Work Terms

Availability: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (UTC+7) / Jakarta time. I typically respond within 1–8 business hours. Urgent requests outside working hours may be accommodated with prior notice.
Communication: I prefer clear project briefs before work begins. For complex or multi-phase projects, a short discovery call is recommended to align expectations and avoid miscommunication down the line.
Project Kickoff: Work begins once project requirements are fully confirmed and the initial payment or milestone deposit is received. A detailed project brief or scope document may be requested for larger engagements.
Payment Terms: Milestone-based payments are preferred for medium to large projects. A 30–50% upfront deposit is required before work starts. Smaller tasks may be billed upon completion.
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope or additional revision rounds will be quoted separately.
Delivery: Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Delays caused by late feedback or missing assets from the client's side may affect the final delivery date.
Tools & Platforms: Primary communication via Guru messaging. Files and assets shared through Google Drive or agreed platforms. Video calls via Google Meet or Zoom when needed.
Confidentiality: All client data, business information, and project details are treated with strict confidentiality. NDAs can be signed upon request.
Quality Commitment: Every project is reviewed internally before delivery to ensure it meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
