Work Terms

I analyze the needs of the customer, based on their detailed specifications of a project and send a proposal. Upon accepting the proposal, I require a 25% deposit before starting work. On projects of less than $1,000, the balance is due upon customer review and signoff of the project. Once final payment has been received, I will upload the project to your server, or host it on mine if so agreed. On projects over $1,000, an additional payment of 50% is due when the project is 75% complete, and the remaining 25% is due upon customer review and signoff of the project. I guarantee my work for a period of 90 days after customer signoff, where I will fix any errors or ommissions in the software as detailed in the original or ammended specs. I am not responsible for loss of data or other damages due to use of the software. The customer is responsible for testing the software prior to use.
