Rob Caldera is a communications and change management professional with nearly 24 years experience. He’s been a change agent within organizations, having spent the majority of his career driving small and large scale changes on internal initiatives ranging from adoptions of new systems, processes, and policies to organizational restructurings and people-development efforts. Rob is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, with expertise that includes employee communications, organizational effectiveness, enterprise social networking, and digital strategy.

Rob holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY). He is a member and former president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) NJ Chapter, and lives in Verona, NJ with his wife Florence, daughter Amanda, son Christopher, and one crazy hound named Pinwheel.
