Consultation & Project Scope
Each project will begin with a consultation to define your creative direction, references, timeline, and deliverables. Clear alignment at the outset ensures a focused and efficient production process.
Production Process
Following the initial brief, I will develop the track structure, core sound design, and arrangement. A structured draft is delivered for feedback before final mix and refinement. My process is collaborative but guided by professional production standards to ensure a competitive, release-ready result.
Revisions
Two structured revision rounds are included to refine arrangement, mix balance, and creative elements. Additional revisions are available at an agreed rate to maintain project momentum and quality.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery window: 7–14 business days depending on project scope. Larger or more complex productions may require extended timelines, discussed in advance.
Investment & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project in my schedule. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery. Work begins once the deposit is received.
File Delivery
Final masters delivered in 44.1kHz 16-bit WAV and high-quality MP3 formats. Stems and alternate versions available upon request.
Rights & Confidentiality
Upon full payment, full rights are transferred as agreed. Ghost production services are handled with complete discretion and confidentiality.

For podcast and radio clients, services include precision editing, advanced audio clean-up, mix balancing, sound design integration, and broadcast-ready mastering.
