Work Terms

Terms and Conditions:
1. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
2. The quoted price is valid for the named customer only.
3. You will be invoiced for the quoted amount upon delivery of the software.
4. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice
5. Exclusive ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights of the development/programming code/design will transfer to you upon
completion of payment in full.
6. You must test the software and report any defects in the delivered software within 10 working days of delivery of the software in
order to qualify for resolution of these defects without charge.
7. Charges for the resolution of defects reported outside of the 10 day testing period will be determined at Pain Free IT Limited’s
discretion but will not exceed the base consultancy day rate.
8. Pain Free IT Limited makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the services it provides other than for
technical errors in the delivered software. We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever
that may result from the use of our services or products.
9. The total liability to you in contract or in tort arising in connection with acceptance of this quotation shall not exceed the total price
paid by you. We shall have no liability for loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings nor for any other
indirect or consequential loss.
