Seeking out freelance writing and tutoring opportunities
I'm a California native and veteran with over ten years of writing experience, starting with my time as a Public Affairs specialist in the Air Force. Since then, I have worked as a regular contributor for a few publications, writing mainly about special events, local businesses, and other topics of interest. While living in Japan, I tutored EFL students of all ages that wanted to learn English. In 2014, I began tutoring university students in essay composition. I hold an associate's in Mass Communications, a bachelor's in English, and I am both completing a master's in English with TESOL and starting a new graduate program with a teaching credential option.
